Dylan P. Hyatt

Dylan’s practice is dedicated to guiding clients through the essential processes of probate administration and estate planning. With a client-first approach, he works to resolve matters efficiently and with as little stress as possible—minimizing court involvement, avoiding unnecessary delays, and ensuring a smooth transition during what is often a difficult time. Over the course of his career, Dylan has successfully concluded hundreds of probate proceedings, giving him the practical experience to handle even the most complex cases with confidence and care.

Before entering the legal field, Dylan gained valuable experience in the finance industry, which now informs his ability to help clients navigate the complex financial and wealth-transfer issues that can arise in probate and estate planning. He is admitted to practice in all courts of the State of California.

Dylan earned his Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, graduating with distinction. While at McGeorge, he was elected to the Roger J. Traynor Honors Society and was awarded the Capital Commendation for Public Service in recognition of his commitment to the community.
